Senior Financial Analyst - Investor & Financial Reporting

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to oversee key aspects of our financial reporting, investor relations, and operational finance functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial reporting, investor communications, and supporting the company’s day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and investor requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Lead the preparation and distribution of investor reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication of financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance to budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations for business improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support daily finance and operations activities, including expense management, payroll, and vendor relations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and materials for board meetings and investor calls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operations, preferably within a fast-paced or dynamic industry.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to investors and senior management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and offer strategic insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in investor relations or working with investor reports.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
