Job Description

As Senior Financial Analyst (Pricing Lead), you will support all Next Phase proposal pricing activities. You will develop the internal pricing model, and prepare cost/price volumes in compliance with solicitation instructions, FAR requirements, disclosed Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), agency particular, and GAAP requirements.

Requirements

  • US Citizen and be able to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance (a future requirement for this role)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics
  • 5 - 7 years of experience with forecasting models and cost accounting processes, pricing (federal and commercial systems integrator and product pricing)
  • Experience with developing labor category mappings to rates for Pricing Proposals (federal opportunities)
  • Experience developing detailed project cost reporting for federal contracts
  • Experience with Salary and Rate Analysis Surveys
  • Understanding of Cost Type, Time & Material, and Fixed Price contract types
  • Demonstrates an understanding of direct and indirect cost structures of a government contractor
  • Masters or Finance/Accounting Certification - preferred
  • An understanding of FAR/CAS and other related federal government contracting and procurement regulations - preferred

THIS POSITION REQUIRES RESIDENCY IN MARYLAND OR NORTHERN VIRGINIA and is PARTIAL REMOTE 2 DAYS A WEEK. US Citizens ONLY. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Fully-vaccinated status for COVID-19 is required as a condition of employment. Hiring candidates with a permanent residence within commuting distance to Columbia, MD.
