Job Description:

About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst is a finance position with responsibility to collaborate with the Supply Chain Finance global team to support reporting requests of all manufacturing plants within Treehouse's Operating Company. This role has responsibility for developing and streamlining analyses that drive business opportunities and reduce financial risks to our Supply Chain operations in three main areas of focus - material usage variances, labor usage variances, and overhead spending controls. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Contributing on reporting activities within Treehouse's Operations Excellence model that outline the financial goals of the plants within each business unit, internal financial reporting, and process and improvement analyses
• Delivering analysis and insights into financial performance drivers for plants and division
• Tracking Material Usage Analyses (MUV) by Plant, Labor Reporting, Plant overhead cost center expenses
• Partnering with Financial Shared Services, Supply Chain Functions such as Procurement and Logistics, Pool colleagues and Plant Finance teams to manage data and reporting requests and requirements
• Collaborating with the Business Unit teams on key analyses such as Platform financial reporting

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role reporting into to the Manager, Operations Reporting.

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

• 5+ years' experience, preferred in a manufacturing industry or plant operations environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or a related field

• Self-motivation to share ideas and develop financial analyses and recommendations for business leaders across the business units and within the centralized enabling functions
• Critical thinking to identify areas of improvement - optimize reporting processes, highlight inefficient data collection efforts
• Ability to build quality relationships and work cross functionally and collaboratively utilizing excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Confidence to provide guidance to the global team and other team members in an expert or mentoring capacity

Excellent MS Office skills specifically Excel: SAP experience is preferred but not required
