The Senior Financial Analyst role will serve as a financial business partner to our technology & corporate support teams and will manage total enterprise capital spend. This role will also help support finance-transformation activities to evaluate and initiate technology-driven solutions to stream-line existing financial processes across the finance organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing Department-level Forecasts, Budgets, Long Range Plans focusing on actionable outcomes that drive results.
• Prepare monthly/YTD business results including key variance analysis to be shared with leadership.
• Manage enterprise capital spend and reporting.
• Support initiatives to increase rigor around capturing & reporting the financial returns for capital projects.
• Support implementation of technology-driven solutions for key financial processes
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure underlying processes and data governance support the reporting needs of the organization.
• Assist in establishing a framework to assign value & prioritize business initiatives across the enterprise
• Adhoc financial analysis and support of business priorities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance - (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
• 2 - 4 years of relevant financial experience
• Excellent Communication and ability to articulate complicated financial information and deliver it in a meaningful simplified way
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
• Financial process automation/ transformation experience a plus
• D365 experience a plus
