SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

The Senior Financial Analyst role will own enterprise people cost, allocations, and corporate function financial support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing Department-level Forecasts, Budgets, and Long-Range Plans focusing on actionable outcomes that drive results.
- Prepare monthly/YTD business results including key variance analysis to be shared with leadership.
- Support implementation of technology-driven solutions for key financial processes
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure underlying processes and data governance support the reporting needs of the organization.
- Assist in establishing a framework to assign value & prioritize business initiatives across the enterprise.
- Adhoc financial analysis and support of business priorities
- Creation of ongoing reporting on allocations to drive enterprise understanding of shared cost.
- Leverage technology and existing forecasting platform (Anaplan) to optimize process for corporate allocations and people cost.
- Serve as the business partner to the corporate support functions. Provide support on investment decisions and partner on the creation of financial forecasts, budgets and long-range plans.
- Serve as the primary owner of the Enterprise People Cost through partnering across the finance, accounting and business teams to understand hiring trajectory, pacing and anticipated cost.
- Own the corporate allocation process to assist in the transition to a more data-driven and accurate allocation methodology.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance - (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
- 2-4 years of relevant financial experience
- Excellent Communication and ability to articulate complicated financial information and deliver it in a meaningful and simplified way
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
- Financial process automation/ transformation experience a plus
- D365 experience a plus
