This role offers the opportunity to provide critical financial insight and analysis that directly supports strategic decision-making across multiple functions. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while maintaining and optimizing financial systems to ensure accurate, data-driven reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights and building financial models that enhance operational efficiency and drive performance. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by delivering high-impact financial guidance. You will be instrumental in translating complex financial data into meaningful insights for senior management and stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, refine, and maintain detailed financial models to analyze functional costs and improve forecast accuracy
  • Lead monthly close processes, including managing calendars, templates, and reporting schedules
  • Own and maintain financial forecasting systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, highlighting key financial results and insights
  • Identify, measure, and communicate critical performance metrics to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate updates on variances between actuals and forecasts
  • Provide timely ad hoc reporting to support executive management and strategic initiatives
  • Actively contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
    • Strong experience with Workday Adaptive, preferably in an admin capacity
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
    • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Power BI is highly desirable
    • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
