Senior Financial Analyst (Product Development)

Your Role:

Create and update weekly financial report for incremental risk approvals by CEO. Report, analyze and update monthly finance results, including actuals, budget, forecast. Create, analyze, report, and upload annual budget. Manage interim cashflow updates and forecasts from ALL 20 domains weekly. Review and analyze financial impacts in all CRB meetings. Create BoM report and understand variances, work with PLM team to ensure BoM accuracy. Review, analyze, and approve PRs daily. Pull PR status report daily to run with the team and ensure all PRs are moving. Approve DPRs daily. Ensure POs that need to be updated to reflect the business are being updated timely in SAP. Support material creation for adhoc meetings with program management for FF81, 71, and VPA2.0 discussions. Create, distribute, manage templates for use in reviews and budget exercises. Support and update PET meeting material slides. Support board deck creation. Business case management and updating. Liaison between FF China finance team and FF US finance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance or closely related field and 5 years of work experience in Financial Analyst or closely related occupation.

Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/ knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/ knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time." Required expertise/ knowledge includes:

• Spend Forecasting and Program Budget within automotive background.
• Financial Analysis in Product Development environment.
• Ability to build complicated financial model to monitor and forecast.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel including power query and power pivot to perform data extract to data cleaning using M language and ability to write measures in DAX language.
• ERP Systems.
• Proficient on SAP and SAP related software including SAP S4/HANA, FICO, MM, VMS module, SAP BUSINESS WAREHOUSE, SAP C4C.
• SAP data structure.
• Power BI or Tableau.
