What You Will Do

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to become an integral part of Stryker's transformational ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) business as a member of the ASC Finance team. This role works directly with the ASC commercial teams by supporting creation and evaluation of cross-divisional sales opportunities to help Stryker Win, Protect and Grow in the ASC business. You will gain cross-functional experience by working directly with ASC regional sales managers, Flex financial, Customer Solutions Contracts & Pricing, and divisional finance teams within MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics.

There will be significant exposure to the full breadth of Stryker's business. Functional responsibilities will include modeling deal structure and profitability across Stryker Divisions/Business Units, as well as tracking performance of the ASC business for both actual reporting and projection purposes. You will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics product portfolios as well as insight into strategic pricing initiatives and its impact on Stryker's bottom line.

• Financial modeling and evaluation process for cross-divisional sales opportunities including assessment of deal structure and profitability
• Facilitate coordination across functional ASC and divisional teams regarding pricing, product cost/margin data, financing, and customer deal structure
• Monitor and benchmark post close deal performance
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and KPIs in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with ASC special projects and strategic partnerships, as required

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience required
• Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports: product pricing experience is beneficial to the role, but not a requirement
• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and validation

$65,400 - $132,300 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
