Senior Financial Analyst - Strategic Finance & Investor Relations

As the Financial Analyst, you will provide strong financial support and business partnering for strategic endeavors at nCino. Within this role you will lend expertise in business systems, FP&A and technical accounting to support investor interactions and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate investor reporting to include KPIs and forecasts; create efficiencies and standardization in reporting where possible
• Perform financial modeling for changes in Accounting Standards, M&A, business conditions, and other strategic initiatives
• Perform financial analyses to assist in the financial close process, debt covenant compliance, and FP&A activities
• Collaborate with all levels of management to advance strategic initiatives within the Company

Qualifications

Required:

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline, 4+ years' experience in financial analysis, financial systems, public accounting, investor relations, or a related field, or combination of experience, education, and superior performance
• Advanced Financial Modeling and Data Manipulation Skills
• Advanced experience/skills with Excel and complex spreadsheets
• Strong business partnering experience / skills including the ability to interact, communicate and influence equally well within all levels of the organization
• Heavy experience with business systems e.g.: ERP, Financial Reporting, data visualization tools and FP&A Systems
• Ability to develop and facilitate concise and effective senior level presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to influence business decisions

Desired:

• Advanced degree or certification in Finance/Accounting
• Knowledge of SAAS business model and key metrics
• Experience integrating new business units or M&A activities
