Senior Financial Data Analyst

Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for a Senior financial data analyst to come join our team. Your responsibility will be to understand the Cohere business and be responsible for qualitative and quantitative analysis of enterprise-wide data. You will work closely with the finance, data management and data science teams to capture and analyze complex business problems.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain forecast and analytics models, providing insights into monthly trends in addition to creating and supporting presentations and materials for leadership
• Seek out new opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency
• Provide critical and timely insights to drive business decisions
• This individual will support the Finance team with automated reporting 
• Perform financial modeling, data analysis, and business planning in support of the forecast, budget, and long range plan
• Collaborate with key business partners across the organization to support forecast assumptions, share insights and scenario sensitivities

Your background & requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of financial analysis and planning or consulting experience
• Highly experienced in developing Tableau Dashboards and data models using custom SQL
• Experience with NetSuite and Oracle PBCS preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint)
• Passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system
• Self-starter, able to work independently and excellent communicator
