Senior Financial Planning Analyst

With Service Express planning for its continued global expansion in the New Year, we are looking for a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to support financial consolidations, lead long-range financial modeling, and take on ad-hoc strategic requests that address future needs within a fast-paced environment. You will analyze various scenarios to forecast key performance indicators and develop insights that drive strategic decision making.

To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with ambiguity and digging into data to help build the narrative. It’s an opportunity to partner with leadership to identify critical assumptions, understand their impact on our financial landscape, and create comprehensive models that reflect potential outcomes. 

Here’s what this position is all about:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics that effectively tell the story of risks, opportunities, and performance against target objectives in order to influence decisions throughout the company
• Utilize large data to build forecasts that drive actionable insights for the company, focusing on the underlying business drivers, key financial and operating metrics
• Initiate and influence measurements for key metrics around P&L, balance sheets and cashflow
• Evaluate monthly actual, forecast and plan performance, collaborating on deviations and presenting results to executive leadership
• Contribute to acquisition integration and ad hoc analytical projects as needed

What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team:

• Proven experience successfully building financial dashboards, forecasts, and reports that provide accurate insight then effectively relaying findings to executive leadership
• Knowledgeable in Excel, PowerPoint, data modeling, and financial statements
• Demonstrated ability to use Power BI or Tableau preferred but not required

• Compensation: $90k-$100k base salary based on experience plus 10% bonus
