Job Details:

Job Summary: Responsible for the technical expertise for a project, communicating needs, and progressing the engineering solutions for a large-size project. Provide technical guidance and leadership. Interface with external customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and server problems with financial and ERP systems.

Has detailed experience in deploying and configuring financial and enterprise resource management systems, preferably Microsoft CRM & FO.

Has experience with back-office enterprise systems (including financial transactions, reconciliation, payment processing, and customer services).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure complex server applications: CRM, FO, and EFT payment applications
  • Set up accounting systems using GAP Principles.
  • Understanding of general ledger design and structure.
  • Experience in Electronic Fund Transfers with Banking intuitions.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale Systems.
  • Deliver engineering solutions that meet budget, schedule, and agreed scope.
  • Support the project team in defining and documenting any issues and corrections found in the field.
  • Serve as technical support for customers, supporting technical presentations, discussions, and workshops.
  • Support and monitor cross-team collaboration using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Support and monitor software development work activities and status using tools such as Jira.
  • Support defect identification and resolution and monitor test status using tools such as TestRail.
  • Support collaborations with internal departments, customer representatives, third-party suppliers, and other stakeholders in support of issue resolution.
  • Communicate with customers and engineering to troubleshoot issues, isolate the root cause, and deliver solutions or implement workarounds.
  • Document all relevant details from the initial report of an issue, through troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex customer issues; work directly with the Program Manager and Engineering when issues must be escalated.
  • Respond to customers in a professional and timely manner to deliver workarounds and solutions for complex technical problems.
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Experience with databases.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in software or related technical discipline, plus five years of related experience.
  • Experience in creating, analyzing, documenting, and testing system and subsystem designs.
  • Must have installed and moved into Production Financial and ERP systems. Mental ability to perform engineering problem-solving and analytical tasks. Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Must be able to work under project deadlines and be able to support the Program Manager in the establishment and maintenance of engineering project schedules and cost budgets.
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
  • Must have some leadership experience working with and building teams.

Additional Information

(San Diego only***) Targeted full-time [salary/hourly] range between $116,799 - $147,8 + benefits.
