Here's the Gist :

Wolfspeed is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to be responsible for a variety of accounting responsibilities including monthly financial management reporting, reconciliations, technical accounting areas (e.g., leases, revenue recognition, debt, M&A, stock comp), system implementation (SAP) testing and implementation support, interface with external CPA firm, and maintaining internal controls in support of external audit/SOX requirements. This position will interface as needed with other accounting groups (shared services, business unit finance, and FP&A, to ensure that all deadlines are met as well as assist in timely and accurate internal and SEC reporting. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst may also participate in any number of special projects.

The Day-to-Day:

• Perform various monthly financial close/reporting activities
• Support the review of GL account adds and modifications.
• Prepare and take ownership of other financial reports in support of Wolfspeed GAAP reporting
• Participate in Go Live activities for system implementations (SAP and One Stream)
• Perform research and benchmarking
• Interact with both internal and external auditors to ensure all appropriate controls are being followed
• Participate and support special projects

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA license
• Minimum of 3-5years of experience at an international/national CPA firm
• Experience with large ERP system (SAP S4/Hana)
• SOX requirements
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and customer service skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Systems implementation experience
• Experience working at a publicly traded company
• Manufacturing Finance experience
