SUMMARY :

As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you are responsible for providing support to the Finance organization with expanding the capabilities 84.51°'s Anaplan platform to assist with Budgeting, Forecasting, Capital Planning, People Management, Cost Allocations, Management Reporting, among other initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support forward and backward integration with source systems ensuring model stays in sync with ERP, Workday, Salesforce, and other data sources
• Design, build, and maintain complex financial and operational models in Anaplan
• Partner with Finance teams to develop solutions that transition existing Excel-based processes into connected Anaplan capabilities
• Create automated stakeholder-facing reporting including self-service dashboards and formal Executive Reporting
• Train Finance team members to improve Model Building capabilities of other team members
• Provide support for post-production models
• Develop model and process documentation

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE :

• Understanding of data architecture and integration across platforms
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree - (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
• 3+ years related experience with a focus on Anaplan modeling and system admin and configuration
• Level 1 Anaplan Model Builder Certification or higher required
• Ability to understand Finance and Commercial operations, and turn business requirements into functional Anaplan capabilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy
• Experience developing Anaplan model building skillsets in other team members
• Familiarity with Anaplan Modeling best practices
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
• Power BI or D365 experience a plus
