Senior Firmware Engineer

What you'll do:

Responsible for CPC LV component & industrial control products firmware development, testing and delivery;

• Responsible for CPC LV component & industrial control products firmware development, testing and delivery;
• Lead project level firmware development, including requirement clarification with marketing guys, resource and schedule planning, risk identification and progress tracking;
• Delivery source code with high quality in C/C++ for 16/32bit MCUs (C is must, C++ is plus);
• Debug and track firmware issue with JIRA or related tools;
• Create test case for unit testing and integration testing for quality guarantee;
• Firmware maintenance and upgrade to existing product line;
• Support to FAE and marketing regarding customer issue related to products;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above Electronic Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science.
• >5 years experience in firmware development
• Deep understanding of entire firmware life cycle, including requirement clarification, design, coding, testing, delivery and maintantance;
• Deep understanding of firmware archtecture design;
• Strong competency of programming in C/C++ lanugage;
• Profinent in main stream 16/32bit MCU development & debugging, like ST, NXP, MSP430, etc.;
• Knowledge in real time opeartion system, like RTOS, FreeRTOS, etc.
• Knowledge in as least one industrial communication protocal, Modbus, TCP/IP, etc;
• Knowledge in firmware development & testing tool, like Git, JIRA, SourceTree, etc. "
• Good communication skill;
• Written English is must, oral English is plus
