The Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Flutter Developer to join our growing team. The team member will be part of innovative team to work in Fintech domain.

This is a hands-on software development role that focuses on cross platform development for all custom-developed fin-tech solutions, with an opportunity to work with Flutter, and Xamarin Forms.

• Ensure sufficient separation of concerns between multiple partner integration business models. The developer must be familiar with common development design patterns and terminology.
• Expert level experience with Dart is a must
• Experience using native libraries with Flutter is preferred
• Experience with XAML and C# with Xamarin Forms or WPF is preferred
• The mobile engineer must follow software architecture standards to build a highly maintainable app where new business functionality can be the focus for most new features.
• Ensure code quality and inline metrics instrumentation for differentiating capabilities such that early and critical business hypothesizes can be tested, measured, and proven as successful.
• The mobile engineer must be able to communicate effectively for all stages of development. This includes being able to understand written functional requirements, collaborate with other developers to architect and design solutions, speak clearly and understand verbal directions, and handling support queries quickly and effectively.
