Senior Forecasting Manager - Market Forecast

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Market Forecast Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive market demand forecasts that are grounded in industry trends and data-driven insights. Your forecasts will serve as leading indicators and key drivers for both near-term and long-term business strategy development and decision-making.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated forecasting models to predict market demand.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic planning and business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of market insights.
• Present findings and forecasts to C-suite leadership and the senior leadership team within the organization.
• Continuously monitor and refine forecasting methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Drive FLIGHT DECK within the forecasting process including problem solving, continuous improvement and action plan development and closure.
• Improve integration of market forecasting within supply chain and MRO demand signals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or STEM.
• 5+ years experience in market analysis, forecasting, or a similar analytical role.
• 5+ years of commercial aerospace experience.
