Senior FP&A Analyst

Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay

RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our client's team. Our client is a pioneering company revolutionizing how micro-business owners transform their crafting passions into thriving businesses. This critical role will support new business ventures, enhance financial decision-making, and drive growth and profitability. The FP&A Analyst will collaborate closely with senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and financial strategies.

Basic Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

- In-depth understanding of complexities associated with e-commerce businesses and operations.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, and relational databases.

- Strong grasp of financial principles, corporate finance, and accounting practices.

- Skilled in financial analysis software and tools

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages. 

- Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate new business ventures and profitability. 

- Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. 

- Work with department heads to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

- Validate large datasets across multiple systems to ensure consistency and accuracy. 

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial operations and efficiency.

- Implement best practices in financial modeling, reporting, and decision support
