Senior FP&A Analyst

As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a skilled Senior FP&A analyst to join our team. You will report directly to the CFO and partner with all areas of the organization to drive strategic and financial decisions and ensure proper measurement of success.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide business insights into monthly financial results, identify and research variances between forecast, budget, and prior year expenses, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support budgeting processing and ongoing financial forecasting with the physical and digital product teams, operations/supply chain and marketing.
- Establish strong, collaborative working relationships; maintain ongoing and consistent communications with business partners.
- Participate and support Accounting team in annual audit and tax activities.
- Intimately understand business performance and work cross-functionally to drive decisions on strategic investments while effectively managing risk and overhead.
- Leverage financial and customer economic models to develop the business strategy to drive aggressive, profitable growth.Â
- Develop and improve crucial metrics reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or economics
- 4+ years of experience of FP&A or strategic finance role
- Experience with technology and e-commerceÂ
- Advanced understanding of corporate financial planning, modeling, reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting
- Experience with data analysis, SQL and/or BI tools (Looker) a plus
- Experience with Netsuite a plus
- MBA a plus
