ABOUT THE ROLE

Sr. FP&A Analyst position supportsLifecycle Solutions and Services (LSS) business within Honeywell ProcessSolutions (HPS), part of Industrial Automation (IA). This position reports tothe LSS FP&A Leader and works closely with LSS CFO, LSS finance poleleaders and HPS BAP organization.

This role is in the center of LSSreporting and forecasting process, providing LSS Leadership Team with criticaldata to drive business performance and decision making. The role supports/ownskey FP&A initiatives (SRO/AOP target attainment, SW growth, BTI initiatives,working capital and FCF management) as well as month-end reporting activities. Thisrole provides a unique opportunity to develop decision-making and communicationskills, broaden the individual's view of an end-to-end P&L, and makemeaningful contributions to multiple areas of the business - while working withpassionate teammates committed to becoming their best and winning together.

As a Senior FP&A analyst withinLSS, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzingfinancial data to support organizational decision-making. You will work closelywith global LSS Finance team and LSS Leadership team to provide insights intofinancial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvingefficiency and profitability. Additionally, you will play an important role inLSS financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planningprocesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support LSS forecast process: SRO, weekly pulse, AOP
• Month-end close responsibilities
• Own variance analysis post close
• Own monthly Report out to LSS Leadership team
• Support Finance transformation initiatives (where needed)
• Ad hoc requests

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in Finance orAccounting
• 2+ years of US GAAP, Sarbes-Oxley andInternal controls
