Job Description:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Master's degree preferred

Work Experiences:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience, including planning, forecasting, analyzing reporting and business partnering
• Previous FP&A or Corporate Finance experience required
• Retail/e-commerce experience a plus
• Programming experience using tools such as SQL, R, or Python to assess datasets and recommend solutions
• Demonstrated competency in gathering, consolidating, and reporting data across varying systems and formats with data manipulation tools such as Alytrex
• Two (2) years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Two (2) years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials and MicroStrategy
• Computer - Strong MS-Office, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support annual planning and monthly forecasting processes and models for financial and internal planning partners, including examining wide sources of data and translating it into meaningful and useful insights for internal business partners
• Provide automation support to the department for key reports
• Produce the delivery of weekly, monthly and quarterly executive reporting and dashboarding, including but not limited to monthly performance reporting, corporate goals reporting and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Consolidate and analyze departmental/function plans and forecasts
• Responsible for providing support for financial reporting initiatives
• Respond to specific requests by leadership for insights on key priority topics
• Responsible for providing subject matter expertise on department technical systems to include a yet to be determined financial planning system
• Identify and drive process improvements within the organization
• Actively participate in new FP&A initiatives
• Required to learn company policies, procedures and safety rules
• Duties may change and team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
