Senior Front End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with experience in WordPress to join our team!

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the user-facing components of our website and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with our team of designers and developers to develop and maintain our WordPress-based websites.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing web interfaces
• Write well-designed, testable, reusable and efficient code
• Produce detailed specifications and write process documentation
• Contribute in improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, debugging, and developing standard operating procedures
• Cooperate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, and formulate plans to achieve them
• Adhere to industry best practices for front-end development
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical responses to other teams

What You Have Done

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Expertise in WordPress CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React (nice to have)
• Knowledge of backend programming (PHP, MySQL)
• Proper use of GitLab/GitHub repositories
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• A clear understanding of SEO and best practices
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
