Senior Front End Developer | Price & Promotion

As Senior Front End Developer you will join one of our Application Development teams. We ensure we have a rapid client system integration, robust data management, and an analytics engine that scales. Together we make sure that the product is user friendly, fast, and intuitive. You will be part of a cross-functional team made up of back- and front-end developers with a variety of professional, personal and cultural backgrounds. Our Front End uses React/Typescript, whereas the Back End - Go. The data team uses Go, and Python is also employed for its extensive scientific libraries, so some familiarity with the technologies would be helpful. As a Senior Engineer in our organization, we also expect you to focus on results, proactively communicate and document your work, and understand the problem space before developing solutions. You will guide and unblock your team, serve as a technical resource, and seek design input when necessary.Your role includes making informed decisions about technical debt, communicating technical advice to non-technical members, and writing and driving design documents to resolution. You will coach new peers, improve code structure for testability, mentor junior members, provide actionable feedback, ensure team alignment, and help onboard new colleagues.

We're Looking for:

• Proven experience in front-end development with a focus on performance and reliability
• Strong familiarity with at least half of our tech stack, eager to learn the rest
• Prior experience in pricing or promotion optimization is a plus
• Effective communication skills, particularly in remote work environments
• A genuine interest in working within a data-driven organization focused on data science and engineering

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in building SaaS products
• A degree in engineering or a related field
• A passion for delivering high-quality software and a track record of continuous improvement
• Experience with reliable, high-performance solutions in complex environments

The technologies we use include:
React, GraphQL, ClickHouse, Cadence/Temporal, gRPC and Kubernetes. Our main languages of choice are Go for backend, Python for data science and TypeScript for frontend.
