Senior Front-End Drupal Developer

We are looking for a skilled Drupal Frontend Developer who is passionate about creating engaging and user-friendly web experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SASS, JavaScript, and React, with the ability to design and implement responsive and interactive front-end interfaces. While your primary focus will be on front-end development, experience with Drupal backend development will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Drupal themes and templates using SASS, JavaScript, and React.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure seamless integration of visual designs into functional websites.
• Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Implement interactive features and components using JavaScript and React.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end interfaces with Drupal's content management system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and Drupal best practices to continuously improve our web development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Drupal Frontend Developer or Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
• Expertise in SASS for styling, JavaScript for interactivity, and React for building dynamic components.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with Drupal theming, including the use of Twig templates.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and workflows, such as Gulp, Webpack, or similar.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Basic understanding of Drupal backend development, including custom module development, is a bonus.
• Experience working with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with headless Drupal or decoupled architectures.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices as they pertain to front-end development.
