POSITION: Senior Front-end Engineer

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Hill-Rom Manufacturing, Inc., a Baxter company is seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer with the following duties: Full Stack software development including Front End, Back End, and SQL Development; Front End Specialization for Full lifecycle development; Web Application Deployment and Optimization; CSS Development and Library Maintenance; Design Document creation and review; Unit test design, development, and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 5 years of related experience. Alternatively, we will accept 7 years of related experience with no degree. Will accept any level of experience in the following skills: Develop front end applications using Knockout; Develop front end applications using Javascript ES6; Develop front end applications using Angular; Develop back-end services and APIs using C# .Net Framework; Use WCF for inter-service communication; Establish client/server communication using Websockets/SignalR Library; Use Rabbit MQ Message Bus for inter-service communication; Develop front end controls using Kendo/Telerik UI; Develop unit tests using Jasmine/Karma Javascript Library; Develop user interfaces using HTML5; Develop user interfaces using CSS3; Use JQuery Javascript Framework for API processing; Create, update and access databases using SQL/TSQL; Create design documents using UML Design Language. 10% domestic travel required. Must live within normal commuting distance of the worksite. Up to 50% telecommuting permitted.

Full time. $141,003 - $144,000 per year. Competitive compensation and benefits.
