About the Role:

GoodHabitz is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in building interactive, engaging frontends while setting standards and best practices. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful educational experiences that enhance how our customers learn, combining technical expertise with a passion for design and user experience. At GoodHabitz, all our engineers take ownership of delivering the product end-to-end. While your primary focus will be on the frontend, you’ll work closely with the team, rolling up your sleeves to ensure we achieve great results together. 

What You'll Do 🎯 :  

• Build highly interactive and graphical frontends using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Collaborate with UX designers, Product Managers, and Educational Designers to create visually engaging and educational experiences. 
• Ensure our frontends are scalable, maintainable, and meet high-performance standards by implementing effective frontend architecture. 
• Integrate observability practices to monitor the performance and user experience of our frontends. 
• Establish and maintain robust testing practices for the frontend, ensuring we build reliable and maintainable products.
• Work closely with UX teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development. 
• Collaborate on the implementation of design systems to ensure consistency across our platforms. 
• Foster strong partnerships with Product Managers to drive the delivery of features that enhance our educational products. 
• Ensure frontend code is well-structured, performant, and follows the latest industry standards. 

What You’ll Bring to the Team 🔧 :

• 7+ years of experience in building frontends with Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Proven track record in working with UX and Product Managers to deliver user-centered products. 
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture and experience with design systems. 
• Solid experience in frontend testing frameworks. 
• Experience with observability tools and practices in frontend development (e.g., monitoring, logging, performance tracking). 
• Previous experience in a product-driven environment (preferably at a scale-up or corporate level). 
• Experience working in an environment with cross-functional teams (including UX, product management, and design).
