This role sits at the heart of building and evolving the user-facing communication experiences of a high-scale SaaS platform used by tens of thousands of professional customers worldwide. You will be responsible for designing and delivering intuitive, high-performance frontend interfaces that power critical product workflows and customer interactions. Working closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams, you will help shape scalable UI architecture and ensure a seamless user experience across devices and browsers. The environment is fast-paced and product-driven, with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and long-term maintainability. You will also play a key role in improving production reliability by monitoring systems, diagnosing issues, and driving continuous frontend enhancements. This is a high-impact engineering role where your work directly influences usability, scalability, and customer satisfaction at global scale.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-quality frontend components and UI systems
- Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces across multiple browsers and devices
- Implement and maintain integrations with backend services using REST APIs, WebSockets, and webhooks
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex frontend issues including performance bottlenecks and production bugs
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, engineering standards, and code quality improvements
- Lead and support technical initiatives with clear reasoning, impact analysis, and execution ownership
- Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous improvement of development practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support production monitoring and system reliability
- 6+ years of experience in frontend engineering with a strong focus on scalable web applications
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent tools
- Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, and backend services
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues, memory leaks, and browser-related inefficiencies
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience supporting and monitoring production-grade applications
- Strong understanding of building scalable, resilient frontend systems in cloud-based environments
- Experience working on mature SaaS products is a strong plus
