About the Role 

As a Full-Stack Developer you will work collaboratively with other Stakeholders across the organization and own the success of deliverables assigned to you as well as mentor team members. 

You will learn new technologies and practices while working with leading edge strategies, frameworks, and technologies. Our technology stack includes .NET Core, C#, React.js, Node.js, Typescript, SQL Server 2016, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Analytics, and Power BI. Our ecosystem includes 170 connected applications and services, our main database is 2 TB, our sites handle 1 million visitors a day and 2 billion requests a month, and we release changes to production several times a day. We are a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) organization.

What You’ll Do 

• Develop and scale web applications, services, APIs
• Build features that meet business and technical requirements in a reasonable time-frame 
• Design and implement server-side components, modules, classes using C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core (.NET)
• Design and implement database structure and optimize query execution in MSSQL
• Create user interfaces using React, Redux, JavaScript/Typescript, CSS/LESS and HTML
• Follow effective Agile CI/CD processes
• Follow and improve engineering throughput metrics (Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, Deployment Frequency, etc...)
• Ensure your features meet service level objectives for run times and reliability
• Participate in reviewing designs and code of peer software engineers
• Follow design techniques and coding standards
• Conduct investigations and write software design documents

What We’re Looking for 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial development
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core (.NET)
• Experience with data access technologies such as ADO.NET or Entity Framework
• Experience with SQL and Relational Database Modeling
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS and HTML
• Experience with design and architectural patterns and SOA design pattern in particular
• Experience with REST API, WCF, Windows and web services
• Experience with source code control systems like Git, etc.
• Experience in developing automation tests like unit and integration tests with TDD approach
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM following CI/CD practices
• Experience in working with stakeholders on requirements clarification
• Experience in code review practice
• Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate level of English or higher
• Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with multiple groups across disciplines
• Desire to lead and mentor others in a team environment
• Must be a creative problem solver with a track record of high productivity
• Enthusiastic and motivated to learn new things; open-minded and flexible

• Ability to analyze business requirements, complex data and come up with optimal data-driven decisions
• Ability to work with non-technical users to resolve problems
