JOB SUMMARY:
As our team grows, we are looking to add another full-stack developer to act primarily as a contributor but also provide leadership in the team. Our ideal hire would have 5+ years of experience in a full-stack development role and have some work examples (code and/or final product) available to show. We are a relatively small development team with a great deal of autonomy. In addition to a couple of in-house products we maintain, we take on new client projects that are heavy on the creative side, so there is always a wide variety of work. We solve interesting problems on a regular basis and are constantly streamlining our processes and tools to aid us in delivering to our clients with as little friction as possible.

This role can be remote or a part of our Chicago or Detroit office.
* While our offices are currently open, daily in-office attendance is not required.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Expert coder in C# and .NET (MVC)
• Hands on experience with contemporary front end web development (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Less, jQuery, Vue, NodeJS and AJAX)
• Hands on experience with Microsoft technology stack: Azure, Visual Studio, MS SQL, Windows Server
• Hands on experience with data transfer formats JSON, XML, etc.
• Hands on experience with REST and SOAP
• Experience with Atlassian tools JIRA, and GitHub
• Can read and write functional specs'
• Can effectively communicate scope creep
• Is comfortable guiding clients and project managers through complex technical architecture

REQUIREMENTS:

• Modern front-end frameworks, Vue preferred.
• Writing maintainable and testable code.

• An eye for basic design as well as UI/UX.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both tech and non-tech-oriented team members and clients.
• Must have strong communication skills (code comments/interoperability)
• Must be highly motivated, self-starter
• Must be adept at problem solving
• Must be highly organized
• 5+ years of development experience within a collaborative team environment is preferred
• Experience working in a digital agency and/or Ad Tech is a plus.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $110,000 to $120,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
