We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to support our customer and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.

About the role:

Our team is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead development efforts and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. We enjoy the challenges of human-centered design, security, and scale to create better outcomes for our federal agency partners. We are a remote-first and work completely in the open source.

What we are looking for:

• Build and partner with cross functional team of product, UX, and dev in the open source in a highly test driven development environment
• Build user friendly applications that are accessible to users across multiple domains
• Partner with the user research team to build an inclusive and human centered design experience
• Be an active member in daily scrum meetings, bi-weekly sprint planning, quarterly milestone planning, and as-needed pairing sessions
• Develop containerized applications with backend APIs with modern Django Rest Framework and frontend application in ReactJS
• Obtain Security+ within 90 days of employment with Raft

Highly preferred:

• Experience in end-to-end development of features in Python and frontend frameworks similar to ReactJS
• Knowledge of DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and Containerization using Docker.
• Knowledge of building YAML files necessary to run containerized applications on Cloud infrastructure
• Comfortable communicating your technical thought process to non-technical team members
• Passionate about training and upskilling others to build a stronger, cohesive team.
• Open to pair programming on user stories and a definition of done

Clearance Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
