The Java Fullstack Engineer will work within our Data group and partner with one of our four main scrum teams and will be exposed to projects involving distribution, UI, bond calculations, quantitative analysis, and market leading data products.

The individual will have the opportunity to leverage our extensive global proprietary data assets and work closely with leading developers, architects, and product management within the fixed-income fintech space.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and implement on our BondTicker platform that is available to all trading clients.
• Work closely with all scrum teams within the data group to collaborate on new product ideas and designs.
• Hands-on involvement in enhancing and modernizing existing data products to further increase product adoption and usability
• Support innovation through the creative and aggressive experimentation of cutting-edge hardware, software, processes, procedures, and methods.
• Partner closely with the Technology team to ensure appropriate standards and integration

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise software development experience
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Outstanding Core Java skills
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, Angular
• Understanding of object-oriented design patterns
• Working experience in AWS cloud native services and Enterprise or cloud-based DBMS such as Oracle and SQL Server
• Experience with AWS serverless architecture e.g. Lambda, EC2, ECS, and/or EKS
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• A passion for collaboration and strong relationship building skills
• Interest in financial markets
• Top-notch problem resolution skills
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong written, verbal, and team communications skills.
• AWS Certification, nice to have but not required
• Experience with React framework
• Experience with Java ecosystem software such as Spring Boot, Junit, JMeter

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $150,000 USD to $220,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity and other benefit programs.
