About the Position:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer you will play a key role in developing end-to-end solutions with a balanced focus on frontend backend and infrastructure tasks. This role requires hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks backend development in Python or Go and a solid command of cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build test and deploy scalable high-performance web applications across both the frontend and backend.

• Design intuitive and responsive UI components using React JS ensuring seamless user experiences.

• Develop robust production-ready backend services in Python or Go with a focus on scalable maintainable code.

• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS leveraging serverless technologies Docker and Terraform (or SAM).

• Own full project lifecycles from conception to deployment ensuring alignment with business needs and deadlines.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers AI engineers and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions.

• Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation ensuring all systems are well-documented and easy to maintain.

• Stay updated on industry trends exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies where relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

• Expertise in frontend development using React JS or a similar framework. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles is a plus.

• Solid backend development experience in Python or Go building robust APIs and microservices.

• Extensive experience with AWS including serverless architecture (Lambda API Gateway) container orchestration with Docker and infrastructure as code with Terraform or SAM .

• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable production-grade web applications.

• Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices and tools.

• Ability to balance speed and quality with a keen sense of ownership and accountability in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UX Design contributing to intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.

• Familiarity with LLMs and AI-driven applications particularly in non-conversational contexts.

• Knowledge of natural language processing for legal or business applications is a plus.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $128000 to $160000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications experience education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors including and without limitation individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
