We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Discovery team in Tel Aviv. Discovery is a Big Data / AI platform that helps the world’s largest brands make better decisions by understanding what matters to their audiences. The Discovery team also handles the Data Management Platform (DMP), which centralizes and processes data from various sources to optimize audience targeting. We’re planning to build a new DMP from scratch in the near future.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, implement, and take full ownership of core features, ensuring successful completion of the entire development cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to design and architecture decisions.
• Create and integrate user interfaces from scratch, ensuring intuitive and responsive designs.
• Play a major role in developing our new audience-targeting system, which is based on viewing Live TV, streaming services, and Ads.
• Participate in refactoring system components, using the latest technologies to improve performance and stability.
• Lead and mentor other developers, providing guidance and expertise on complex projects.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in designing and implementing architecture for web systems.
• At least 3 years of backend development experience with one or more of the following languages: Ruby, Python, Node.js, etc.
• Experience in developing web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with a Linux environment.
• A team player with a self-motivated mindset, ready to take on challenges and drive projects to successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modern UI frameworks (ReactJS, Vue, Angular).
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Java (Spring Boot).
