In this pivotal role, you will be part of a team that supports Spark, a flagship product of Rightworks Labs. Launched in 2023, Spark (ai.rightworks.com) has rapidly scaled to supporting over 3,400 users and more than 1,000 accounting firms. As a Sr. Full Stack Developer within Rightworks Labs, you will contribute directly to the continued growth and innovation of Spark, shaping solutions that redefine industry standards and enhance our customers' operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities

• Lead Innovative Software Development: Push beyond traditional boundaries in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Daily Code Deployments: Manage and participate in a workflow that includes daily deployments, ensuring rapid delivery of features and updates.
• Embrace and Efficiently Solve Challenges: Demonstrate exceptional and productive problem-solving ability while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Inspire and Mentor: Foster a culture of collaborative innovation within a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• Core Technologies: Proficiency in Vue, Angular, Laravel, .NET, Azure and similar technologies.
• Custom Software Development: Extensive experience in developing custom software, focusing on scalability and user experience.
• Startup and Entrepreneurial Experience: Proven track record in startup environments, demonstrating innovative problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding Communication: Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaborative abilities.
