Senior Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing tech team. As part of our team, you'll get to enjoy working in the latest tech stack from the latest high spec tech (Mac or Windows, your choice!). You'll work on varied and challenging tasks with strong DevOps processes to back you up and support from other highly skilled engineers. 

Our ideal candidate will be experienced in modern object-orientated PHP and Javascript, and will be able to turn our design team's dreams into software that our customers will love. They'll be confident in their skills, but able to learn quickly as the team adapts and adopts the latest technologies.

Day in the life

• Designing and implementing innovative features for CultureAI’s SaaS product and its supporting tools, with assistance from the team of UX designers
• Giving input on DevOps tools and the direction of the overall service architecture
• Shaping the technology, tools, and direction of the business.
• Finding, troubleshooting, communicating, and overcoming a whole range of technical issues.

What you bring to the team 

• 5+ Years commercial development experience
• Experience with both PHP 7+ and modern JavaScript
• Experience with Angular, React, Vue, JQuery or similar
• Experience working with PHP MVC Frameworks (Laravel, Lumen, Symfony or similar)
• Experience using templating engines such as Blade, Mustache or similar
• Experience using modern CSS such as Flexbox and CSS Grid
• Experience working with MySQL 5.7 or higher
• Fluent in English
