About the team

The Acquisition team at VEED is responsible for getting more users creating videos. We do this by working closely with our marketing team, utilizing a wide variety of acquisition channels such as new landing pages, video tools and integrations such as VEEDs VideoGPT.

We also care about making an amazing experience for our first time users, so we’re working on improving onboarding flows, and helping users create that first video.

About the roleWhat you will be doing

• Implementation of clean, modern UI designs for marketing landing pages in Next.js
• Implementing improvements and running experiments to increase key metrics on our landing pages and in our web apps.
• Working on new acquisition channels for VEED, such as integrations like VEEDs VideoGPT

Our Stack

• Our frontend stack for our landing pages include Next.js, TypeScript and TailwindCSS for our landing page and web apps.
• More broadly across the the product we use React.js, Redux and Styled Components.
• We use Fastify, tRPC and Prisma with TypeScript and Node.js for backend services.

About you

• You are proactive. You are motivated to understand product/technical challenges
• You have a good knowledge of TypeScript and related web technologies
• You are comfortable leading technical projects
• You have a good understanding of testing software and understand how to create quality products
• You’re an excellent communicator and you’re able to work well asynchronously
• You are able to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical people
• You enjoy shipping regularly and having an impact
