Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of modern web applications, contributing across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure layers in a high-impact, remote-first engineering environment. You will design and ship scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that support complex data-driven and mission-critical use cases. Working closely with product, design, and technical stakeholders, you will help shape architectural decisions and deliver features in iterative, fast-moving cycles. In this role, you will own the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features, ensuring seamless integration between frontend, backend, and data systems.

• Design and build scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks and robust backend services
• Develop and maintain APIs, data models, and asynchronous processing workflows to ensure system reliability and performance
• Architect and optimize database structures and queries to support secure, high-performance applications
• Implement caching, storage, and distributed system patterns to ensure scalability and responsiveness
• Collaborate on technical design decisions through RFCs, ensuring clear API contracts and system boundaries
• Partner with product and design teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions
• Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of security and maintainability

Requirements:

This role requires strong full-stack engineering expertise with deep experience in building and scaling complex production systems.

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused software engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, component-based architectures)
• Deep backend expertise with C#/.NET and API design for scalable systems
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, caching, and asynchronous processing
• Understanding of secure software design, including authentication, authorization, and data protection principles
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and apply AI-powered development tools effectively
• Experience in high-trust or regulated environments is strongly valued (e.g., security, compliance, or enterprise systems)
