Role: Java Developer

Years of Experience: 6+ years

Location: McLean , VA (Hybrid)

 

Mandatory Skills :-
• 6+ years of experience developing front end using Angular along with Spring Boot & RESTful APIs for backend technologies.
• 5+ years of working experience in database technologies – RDBMS & NoSQL
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Stored Procedure (Oracle/Sybase/MS SQL server)
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins, or similar)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience of testing frameworks like JUnit and Cucumber
• Strong hands-on development experience in microservice Architecture
• Exposure with batch job framework like AutoSys
• Experience to work on Linux based deployment environment, with good knowledge in Unix shell scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to communicate with customer and extended IT Ops teams.




• Good to have Skills :-
• Java/J2EE development experience in UNIX environment
• Development experience in monolithic Architecture
• Exposure with batch job experience with Ctrl M
• Has working experience in AWS
• Experience working in production support - troubleshooting production defects.
• Good understanding of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem Management, Change Management).
