Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play an important role in the definition and development of applications that are leveraged extensively throughout the Allegion web, mobile and desktop product portfolios. You are passionate about development and improving stability with high-quality code.

What You Will Do:

• Build, create and design software with a platform first mindset and we are passionate about creating APIs, SDKs, and platforms that are easy-to-use, reliable and robust
• Build high quality, Web applications and Web services using the latest technologies
• Work with software design patterns and best practices
• Design and build secure, scalable web services that reliably support both mobile and web
• Develop software with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Charter unknown challenges with curiosity, perseverance and design solutions to address them.
• Champion quality, testing, and reliability with skills to debug system level issues

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience developing in C#/.NET.
• Very experienced in creating applications with .NET Core and familiarity with .NET Framework
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining a customer facing, cloud-based, production software system using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• Development experience defining, developing and maintaining REST APIs and RESTful services
• Familiarity with code management/repositories (GIT, Azure DevOps, etc)
• Experience deploying products leveraging Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Experience in Azure DevOps/TFS/VSTS; managing build pipelines, deployments, environment monitoring
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• IoT and/or web-development experience
• Experience with both back-end and front-end development (full stack engineering)
• Bachelor's degree (EE or CS preferred) or equivalent years of experience
• Fluency writing code using Node.js, Swift, Java, Kotlin, or native mobile development
• Have worked with firmware and systems engineering teams

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The expected Base Salary Range: $99,000 - $174,900. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
• Bonus Eligible: Yes
