Senior Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Ruby on Rails Fullstack developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Ruby on Rails technology and proficiency in React.js. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Ruby on Rails developer with exposure to React.js and have a proven track record of delivering high quality code on time. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and robust web applications that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product management and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and features.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
• Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and databases using Ruby on Rails technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in web application development using Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Ruby programming language and strong understanding of the Rails framework.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in React.js with demonstrated experience in building web applications using these technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work during US hours (India Night Shift hours) at least till 2 pm ET is essential for this role.
