Senior Fullstack Developer

Job Overview

As a senior Full Stack developer, you will join the Tooling and Automation team within Arrowstreet Infrastructure department, the team is responsible for automating infrastructure workloads, building monitoring/compliance processes and workflow-based tools.

You will support existing tools developed by the team such as User, Server and VDI provisioning. Compliance management and access recertification tools as well as other transversal self-service tool for the company. This position will be responsible for evolving and maintaining those tools, from a development standpoint as well as a operational standpoints (release pipelines, production support, bugfixes).

Responsibilities

• Developing tools for automation, workflows and reporting/remediation.
• Assist with the tuning of Systems/Applications for optimal performance.
• Support existing applications.
• Working as a team, share knowledge and contribute to team building
• Identify gaps in current tooling/processes and provide recommendations to mitigate that risk
• Creation of Operational documentation

Qualifications

• Strong python skills and software design patterns
• Strong experience with DevOps tasks: Release pipelines: Gitlab, Container, Terraform, Cloud Formation
• Good experience of AWS: Lambdas, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, EKS, EC2.
• Frontend experience with React.
• Experience with implementing and automating tasks with Ansible
• Working experience with Active Directory/LDAP
• Working experience with Relational and Document DBs

Technical Plus

• Experience with any of the following platforms (Elasticsearch/Kibana/Opensearch, Artifactory)
• Experience with LLM framework: Hugging face TGI, RAG
• Experience with ChatBot
• Experience with PHP
• Experience with Dotnet
• Knowledge of Certificates and working with truststore/keystores/OpenSSL
• Experience supporting hybrid environment (AWS preferred)
• Experience implementing Enterprise Monitoring tools.
• Experience in Agile software development frameworks.
