Senior Fullstack Developer - Pay

You have the passion to generate and write clean code. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and support of Angular and .NET based projects and applications with highest quality and commitment through the entire Software Development Lifecycle. This highly responsible role involves offering state of the art technology solutions that will drive forward Global Blue’s Tax Free Shopping and Currency Choice product offerings. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology in an agile environment for the market leader in its industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform development activities according to the business requirements and internal guidelines
• Understand feature requirements defined by the Product Manager and Delivery Lead
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and support
• Coordinate with enterprise architects, technical leads and product managers to determine appropriate functionalities and implementation
• Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations’ agile project lifecycle
• Update the Technical Lead, Delivery Lead and Project Manager on progress in stand up meetings
• Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations’ agile project lifecycle

Required Skills and Key Competencies

• Deep understanding of the .NET development ecosystem including tools, frameworks and best practices
• Extensive working experience in Angular (5+) and other modern HTML5 frameworks
• Good understanding of agile software development practices, debugging, unit/integration testing
• Good communication and team skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
• Possess strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git
• Quality driven and proactive to do what is necessary to achieve deadlines in a dynamic environment with frequent priority and changes
• Curious and driven with the ability to learn new techniques and technologies quickly

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Analytical and pragmatic at the same time in defining good and efficient processes and solutions
• Good listener to capture needs but with a solid own opinion to filter individual wishes from general needs
• Experience with developing and delivering large scale distributed systems
