Senior Functional Consultant

Senior Functional Consultant wanted in NY, NY to provide business and application consultancy to our clients. 

• Lead discussions with client and project teams during the Project Design meetings.
• Implement and configure financial modules of D365 for Finance and Operations.
• Carry out prototyping plans, procedure documentation and communicate with project team.
• Define D365FO functional requirement and design documents that developers can use for enhancements.
• Perform advanced configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 solution.
• Test enhancements for end-user acceptance and accuracy.
• Organize communications between the test teams and technical/functional resources for resolution.
• Use provided methodologies to deliver successful projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve the use of the solution.
• Train power users and end users on efficient use of the solution, share ‘tips and tricks’.
• Participate in all stages of multiple D365FO implementation projects.
• Implement the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter/FRx, Project Accounting.
• Write functional specification, gap document and training materials.
• Organize and oversee the resources during the Testing phase.
• Triage and fix bugs/issues and utilize MS provided technical resources. 

• Option to telecommute.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Computer Science plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as D365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant.
• Salary: $152,859/yr.
