Senior Functional Consultant - C4C

Major Responsibilities:

To be a part of SAP C4C Functional team operating from KSB Tech Pune and work closely with KSB SE KGaA IT , Global Process Owners for SAP C4C .

As a C4C senior functional consultant, you will support business users for C4C related topics to achieve defined business goals for the related tasks like …

• Employee and Service Agent Management tasks;
• Master and page Layouts, Language Adaptations, Code list restrictions and other Administrator task;

• C4C business configuration, fine tuning activity and web service monitoring;

• Translation topics like
- translation for CD fields,
- translation for KUT fields

• Maintaining Workflow rules like 
- General Workflow Rules
- C4S Rollout Workflow Rules

• Data Workbench Activities like 
- Data maintenance: Update/insert/delete (ASM, ISM KSB code etc)
- Create Odata service
- Creating migration template

• Configuration of C4C solution using OData, KUT, Workflows, MDR, Mashups

• SAP C4S Rollout Activities 

• SAP Business One Rollouts and support functions
