As a Senior Developer in our team, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge applications and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sophisticated software solutions, applying functional programming paradigms to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Engage with product teams to understand requirements, participating actively in technical architecture and design discussions.
• Spearhead the development of vital system components, championing code quality, and advocating for best practices in software development.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members on functional programming techniques, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in functional programming and Haskell, incorporating innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance our development processes.
• Actively contribute to the broader functional programming and Haskell communities, sharing insights and collaborating on open-source projects.

• Proficiency in functional programming with at least 1 year of experience implementing solutions in any functional language (e.g., Scala, Erlang, Clojure, F#, or similar). A keen interest in learning Haskell is essential.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of developing complex systems or applications.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience with database design and development (SQL and NoSQL), as well as integrating with external systems and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with a penchant for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
