Senior Functional QA Engineer (Supply Chain Domain)

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of quality assurance for complex, enterprise-level Supply Chain applications in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and accuracy of end-to-end systems that support business-critical operations. Working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, you will define and execute comprehensive testing strategies across functional, integration, and regression layers. The environment is highly collaborative and delivery-focused, requiring both strong technical QA expertise and proactive communication skills. You will also contribute to automation initiatives and help evolve testing frameworks toward modern tools and practices. This position is ideal for a hands-on QA professional who enjoys driving quality across the full software development lifecycle in complex enterprise systems.

• Own end-to-end QA activities for Supply Chain applications within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases covering functional, regression, and integration testing scenarios.
• Create, manage, and maintain test data across multiple environments to support reliable testing cycles.
• Lead integration testing efforts and support production release validation and readiness activities.
• Serve as the primary QA contact for Product Owners and stakeholders, providing clear and consistent status updates.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with BDD/Gherkin frameworks and contribute to automation improvements, including transition efforts toward Playwright.
• Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and defect management practices are consistently upheld across the SDLC.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects efficiently.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably within Supply Chain or enterprise application domains.
• Strong hands-on expertise in manual testing, test case design, and execution.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery processes.
• Experience testing complex enterprise systems, ideally Supply Chain or pricing-related platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and BDD/Gherkin frameworks.
• Exposure to Playwright or experience in modern automation framework transitions is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Prior experience in senior or QA lead roles while maintaining a hands-on approach.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive quality outcomes.
