RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop gameplay mechanics, features, and systems that prioritize fun, player engagement. In addition, utilize a data-driven analysis with a strong point of view on desired outcomes for each feature, leveraging player data and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on gameplay mechanics for optimal player satisfaction.
• Create comprehensive game design documentation, outlining game mechanics, progression systems, and monetization strategies.
• Work closely with developers to implement and iterate on game designs, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience. 
• Collaborate with artists and UX designers to ensure visually appealing and cohesive game aesthetics and interfaces.
• Analyze player data and feedback to make data-driven design decisions and optimize gameplay mechanics and monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to align game design with business objectives and market trends.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, actively seeking input and feedback from team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and player preferences to drive innovation in game design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in mobile game design, with a focus on creating successful and engaging gameplay experiences.
• Strong understanding of designing and implementing effective monetization strategies, including in-app purchases, virtual economies, and Ads, to drive revenue generation while maintaining a positive player experience.
• Experience working across multiple genres and a track record of delivering high-quality games.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage player data and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
• Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Bonus if you have experience working in Unity and with Leanplum.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role.  The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The pay range annual base salary for this role is $125,000-$180,000.
