In this role, you will be pivotal in transforming the way financial technology operates. Your expertise in advanced AI techniques will directly impact business outcomes, helping organizations leverage large language models (LLMs) for significant operational improvements.

Accountabilities

Design, secure, extend, and customize system prompts for LLMs.

Develop and optimize retrieval pipelines for AI applications.

Implement context management and optimization strategies.

Evaluate new LLM releases and monitor their performance.

Design AI safety protocols and ensure compliance.

Develop scalable APIs for AI capabilities integration.

Manage deployment and scaling for LLM applications.

Implement observability and reliability measures for system performance.

Develop production-level Python code for AI features.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and research within the AI community.

Requirements

Strong German language skills (B2 level or higher) required.

4+ years of experience with Python and its data science ecosystem.

Proven experience in prompt engineering and LLM analysis.

Hands-on experience with LLM integration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).

Experience designing and implementing retrieval pipelines.

Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., PG Vector, FAISS).

Strong understanding of embeddings and semantic search.

Experience in context window optimization and prompt protection.

Experience building APIs for AI systems.

Background in logging, monitoring, and system observability.
