How will you do it?

• Partner with regional Cash Champion (BSNA) and support him/her with regular and ad-hoc analytical work. Identifying key drivers and actions to support the Free Cash Flow improvements
• Support the region in area of cash collection and billing target calculations and Free Cash Flow forecasting
• Define reporting requirements to ensure consistent, accurate and timely delivery of data and insights to stakeholders.
• Drive standardization of reporting across regions and businesses.
• Develop, build and maintain a standardized reporting platform that provides key OTC operational metrics (business and internal).
• Develop, build and maintain a set of Business Intelligence and Data analytics applications that enables decision making.
• Partner with IT organization in development of reporting and workflow platforms
• Lead data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.
• Manage the standard reporting process, including BCC, OTC weekly, and other reports as needed.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement governance model for new reporting requirements and changes.
• Design and implement documentation standard for Business Intelligence, Data Analytics applications and Workflow applications.
• Monitor and analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support achieving financial targets (External DSO, Past due %, Days Delinquent DSO, Unbilled DSO, Billing Disputes, First pass yield in order entry and invoicing)

What we look for?

• Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A and/or data analytics, business intelligence
• Relevant experience in Order To Cash and cash flow management
• Experience working in a large corporate international organization
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategies
• Experience with various data reporting and workflow tools (PBI, Power Apps)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Strong customer focus and ability to identify and take advantage of opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
• Ability to proactively develop and enhance relationships with key senior level business stakeholders within a complex matrix organization
• Excellent communication, organizational and strategic planning skills
