Job Description Summary

The Senior GIS Analyst should have excellent command of all GIS concepts including analytics, data, visualizations (static and interactive), automation concepts and evaluation and solutioning. They should not only be independently motivated and capable in completing their day-to-days but should begin to show leadership traits in leading short-term projects and through mentoring and support of junior team members.

Job Description

About the role:

• Manage their own workload and deliveries
• Manage their own client relationships with fee earners and brokers
• Lead independent project efforts with 1 or more junior team members
• Mentor junior level team members on new and existing processes and technology
• Assign work to junior level team members

About You:

• 5-7 years of GIS related experience
• Experience in using ArcPro and ArcMap is a plus
• Commercial Real Estate experience is a must
• Ability to mentor junior level team members on all above developed process and technology changes
• Methodically able to evaluate new products and processes for team growth and develop a business case for proposition to executive leadership.
